In the management of IUCA a significant role belongs to the committees that ensure the democratic, open and transparent decision-making process.
The university has such committees as the curriculum committee responsible for the content and quality of the educational process; promotion committee, aimed at finding forms and methods of encouraging staff and teachers; a financial support committee that regulates the process of providing financial and material assistance to students, encouraging students with a high level of GPA and active participation in public life; a disciplinary committee that ensures academic integrity in the daily life of the university; financial committee solving financial problems; committee on research work, coordinating questions on research and development work; Committee of Appeals, which is aimed at resolving controversial issues in the educational process.
The management culture at the university is value-oriented, in which not only the transfer of information and prescriptions is important, but also discussions, the soundness of decision-making, cooperation in achieving educational goals and learning outcomes. The management of the university is carried out on a collegial basis.
Scientific research activity:
The university is reviewing the principles of Research work of faculty and students, which imply both the strengthening of a practice-oriented, project-based approach, and more active involvement of students in research work.In September 2016, the Business Clinic was open and functioning in the direction of “Business Management and Economics”, provides consulting services in the field of entrepreneurship.Since 2015, the Legal Clinic has been operating as part of the Jurisprudence line, providing legal assistance to the poor and socially unprotected segments of the population free of charge.
The main teaching staff of the university (74) includes full-time teachers – 39 (53%) and 35 (47%) part-time teachers. More than half of the faculty has worked for IUCA for 5 years or more. In 10 years of existence, the university has created a stable teaching team.
