Graduates of the program:
- effectively search, process and analyze information in Russian, Kyrgyz and English; have analytical, critical thinking;
- develop and research algorithms, data models, as well as mathematical, information and simulation models of complex systems;
- use programming languages and technologies for software design, automated systems, application databases;
- know the principles of building computers, computer architecture, principles of building computer networks and operating systems;
- develop methods and tools for testing information technology systems in accordance with IT standards and initial requirements;
- are able to study and systematize the business processes of the developed systems, to accompany new versions of software; develop new requirements for improving the software product, to protect information;

The curriculum of the program is developed on the basis of the State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the department 510300 and takes into account the peculiarities of the western education system.
