Goals and learning outcomes of the 510300 “Information Technology” program (bachelor’s degree)
Goal 1: The development of students’ professional competencies in the field of information technology, such as information, communication, allowing them to successfully realize themselves in the field of software development:
Learning outcome 1: Graduates are able to effectively research, process and analyze information in Russian, Kyrgyz and English; possess analytical and critical thinking.
Learning outcome 3: Graduates are able to use programming languages and technologies for designing software, automated systems, applied databases.
Learning outcome 4: Graduates know the principles of building computers, computer architecture, principles of building computer networks and operating systems.
Learning outcome 5: Graduates are able to develop methods and tools for testing information technology systems for compliance with IT standards and initial requirements.
Learning Outcome 6: Graduates are able to study and systematize the business processes of the developed systems, accompany new versions of software; develop new requirements for improving the software product, to protect information.
Goal 2: Development in students of such personal qualities as critical thinking, honesty, responsibility, perseverance in achieving goals, tolerance, contributing to their professional mobility and self-realization in the field of information technology:

Graduates of the program:

The curriculum of the program is developed on the basis of the State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the department 510300 and takes into account the peculiarities of the western education system.

Graduates of the Informational Technology program gain analytical, technical, communication and leadership skills in order to start working at the start of their careers. This allows them to work as software developers, both front-end and back-end, database administrators, system administrators, web programmers, data protection and information security specialists.
