• Higher education;

• Fluency in English, Kyrgyz, and Russian;

• Work experience in international organizations or universities;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Proficiency in marketing tools for promoting the university's international activities.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Organizing and developing the university’s international cooperation;

• Preparing agreements with foreign universities and organizations;

• Protocol functions: hosting delegations, correspondence with partners, signing cooperation agreements;

• Providing consultations on grants, scholarships, and internship applications;

• Assisting with the processing of work and student visas;

• Supporting the adaptation of international students, employees, and volunteers.

• Location: Tokmok, Shamsinskaya Street 2;

• Salary to be discussed during the interview.
