Guest Lecture by Carlos Bueno: Exploring Future Plans

On December 12, 2024, the International University of Central Asia (IUCA) in Tokmok welcomed guest lecturer Mr. Carlos Bueno Horcajo, an expert in English Language and IT from Madrid, Spain.
Mr. Bueno delivered an engaging lecture in English titled “Future Plans of the Students: Difference Between Possibility and Probability, Facing Reality.” The session was highly interactive, with students enthusiastically participating in discussions and asking numerous questions. The lecture touched upon students' future aspirations, such as traveling the world, pursuing careers as influencers or models, and learning additional languages like German and Chinese.
A significant part of the discussion focused on the challenges of balancing career ambitions and family life, resonating particularly with female students. Mr. Bueno shared personal anecdotes about his daughters and how they transitioned from dream-based plans to more achievable goals. The lecture was met with great enthusiasm, with students expressing a strong interest in having more such sessions to support their educational and personal growth.
